Property Management Services: Cleaning

Remove all rubbish left by guests.

Dust all furniture and appliances.

Fully clean the kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge and any other appliances.

Hoover and mop all floors, including all outside terraces.

Clean all bathrooms.

Clean all ceiling fans /lights if applicable.

Clean all doors and skirting.

Clean and polish all the windows to the property.

If your clients are staying for longer than one week, we will also offer a midweek changeover clean. During this visit we change all laundry, clean bathrooms, kitchen and floors and take away any rubbish.

The prices may vary depending on the size of your house or apartment. If for example you have a two bedroomed apartment which has lots of terraces and a large lounge /dining room, the price would be slightly more.

Changeover clean: This is the clean required during rentals of more than 1 week.
