Routine Maintenance Checks
A full maintenance check of appliances, light bulbs and damages
is carried out every Time Dolphin Villa Care visits your property for a clean.
If there are any damages to your apartment from
the renters we will contact you via email, fax or telephone immediately.
Maintenance checks will be carried out each time we visityour property after every departure clean and on monthly visits.
Additional maintenance checks cost 10€ per visit. Additional charges will be made if we have to carry out repairs
or replace fittings. We will inform you of any problems that may
arise and quotes will be obtained and discussed before any works are carried
out.

All bathroom toilets/ sinks and showers are working correctly
All alarm systems are in working order
Satelite tv is in working order
Check for damp or water problems
Check if air con and boilers are functioning properly
Check post boxes if required by owner
Obtain price on owners behalf if any major maintenance is required and discuss with owner before any works are carried out
