We offer a range of property management and maintenance services. We can manage the maintenance of your property anywhere along the Costa del Sol from Marbella to Fuengirola including Mijas Costa, Miraflores, Riviera, Calahonda, Elviria. Let us manage your apartment or Villa.

Requires two sets of keys to your property.

Will do a full inventory check list upon taking your property.

A monthly check of your property will be carried out when it is unoccupied and extra visits after any bad weather conditions.

Provide your clients with a meet and greet upon arrival at your property if required.

We will carry out pre- arrival inspection of your property, checking all terraces, windows and switch on all necessary appliances for you and your clients.

We can provide airport collection (additional costs to client direct 60 euro).

We will clean your property after each departure and inform you if necessary of any problems or breakages via email, telephone or mobile text message.

Collect and clean all laundry after each departure and return to the property on the next arrival.

A friendly point of contact for you and your clients whilst holidaying in your property.

A full information pack for your guests and your property (additional cost 50 euro).

Forward any mail/ bills received at your property post box (if requested by owner).
